- Combine all seasonings (Mizkan Mirin, Mizkan Natural Rice Vinegar, and soy sauce) in a microwavable bowl, cover and microwave 1 to 2 minutes to make steak sauce.
- Sprinkle coarsely ground black pepper and ground sesame seeds on both sides of steaks and press firmly onto the meat.
- Heat frying pan, coating the pan with cooking oil evenly. Arrange the steaks around the frying pan and brown both sides of steaks until the meat is cooked to the desired doneness. Approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
- Cut each steak into several slices for ease of eating and arrange the steak on a plate with the steak sauce. Garnish as desired.
